Page 628 Gurbani word of God- Sorath Mahala 5- ਧੁਰ ਕੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਆਈ ॥ The Bani of His Word emanated from the Primal Lord. ਤਿਨਿ ਸਗਲੀ ਚਿੰਤ ਮਿਟਾਈ ॥ It eradicates all anxiety. ਦਇਆਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨਾ ॥ The Lord is merciful, kind and compassionate. ਹਰਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਚੁ ਵਖਾਨਾ ॥੨॥੧੩॥੭੭॥ Nanak chants the Naam, the Name of the True Lord. ||2||13||77|| Page 904 Only Gurbani for Sikhs- Ramkali Mahala 1- ਸਭਸੈ ਊਪਰਿ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੁ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ॥ Understand, that the Word of the Guru's Shabad is above all. ਹੋਰ ਕਥਨੀ ਬਦਉ ਨ ਸਗਲੀ ਛਾਰੁ ॥੨॥ Do not speak of anything else; it is all just ashes. ||2|| Page 909 Bhagat Bani Supreme- Ramkali Mahala 3- ਭਗਤ ਜਨਾ ਕੀ ਊਤਮ ਬਾਣੀ ਜੁਗਿ ਜੁਗਿ ਰਹੀ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੨੦॥ The Bani, the Word of the humble devotee is the most sublime and exalted; it prevails throughout the ages. ||20|| ਬਾਣੀ ਲਾਗੈ ਸੋ ਗਤਿ ਪਾਏ ਸਬਦੇ ਸਚਿ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੨੧॥ One who is committed to this Bani is emancipated, and through the Shabad, merges in Truth. ||21|| Page 967 Defend Bani- Ramkali ki vaar Satta & Balwand- ਸਚੁ ਜਿ ਗੁਰਿ ਫੁਰਮਾਇਆ ਕਿਉ ਏਦੂ ਬੋਲਹੁ ਹਟੀਐ ॥ The Guru gave the True Command; why should we hesitate to proclaim this? Page 982 Bani is Guru- Nat Mahala 4- ਬਾਣੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰੂ ਹੈ ਬਾਣੀ ਵਿਚਿ ਬਾਣੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਸਾਰੇ ॥ The Word, the Bani is Guru, and Guru is the Bani. Within the Bani, the Ambrosial Nectar is contained. ਗੁਰੁ ਬਾਣੀ ਕਹੈ ਸੇਵਕੁ ਜਨੁ ਮਾਨੈ ਪਰਤਖਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਿਸਤਾਰੇ ॥੫॥ If His humble servant believes, and acts according to the Words of the Guru's Bani, then the Guru, in person, emancipates him. ||5|| Page 1346 Know Bani from Bani- Prabhati Mahala 3- ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਜਾਤੀ ਜਿ ਸਬਦਿ ਰਤੇ ਰੰਗੁ ਲਾਇ ॥ Those who are attuned to the love of the Shabad know the Guru, through the Word of the Guru's Bani. ਪਵਿਤੁ ਪਾਵਨ ਸੇ ਜਨ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੮॥ Sacred, pure and immaculate are those humble beings who are absorbed in the Name of the Lord. ||8||
